Simply follow the steps below to discover how to use the site to your advantage - you are merely a couple of clicks away from booking all your transfer requirements online - European city taxis, Mediterranean transfers, water taxis and long haul city taxis all featured.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

1) Making a booking is simple - Go straight to Quick Quote or destinations to check the price for your chosen resort and complete the short booking process requesting the necessary information to allow us to confirm your transfer arrangements. (Please note the quick quote will ask you for an arrival date as prices may vary depending on the season you are travelling.)

2) Once the booking is confirmed an booking voucher will be despatched to you detailing all information of the booking together with arrival instructions, our local office telephone and 24 hour emergency numbers and our office hours overseas. Please ensure this is taken when travelling.

Travel Agents

1) In order to use the holidaytaxis.com web site as a travel agent you must first register in order to generate a password. The registration process takes just a couple of minutes and once complete you will receive an Email advising details of your password and how to make best use of the site.

2) To register you should click onto the New Agents Signup. You will be asked to check if you have been previously registered by entering your Abta number. If we don't have you details stored in the database, you will be asked for various contact details relating to your agency. Complete the form & submit.

Once holidaytaxis has received your application you will be contacted by one of our support team to process your application. Once your application has been completed you will receive an email highlighting your username and password explaining how to access the website; gain quotes and make transfer bookings.

3) Once you have received an Email highlighting your password you can now access the web site and make bookings on-line. Please log onto the system through the Travel Agents Log in link. Please enter your username and password. Click onto quick quote to display the list of destinations. Choosing a destination will highlight the resorts available within that destination and the prices applicable. You must always log on to the site using your username and password to display the correct travel industry rates.
